WFYR – Getaway to the Isle

September 19 – October 7, 2016

1. WFYR will conduct a contest on the above listed contest date(s) for a chance to win one of three of the following grand prize:

• One night to the Isle Hotel Casino Bettendorf, $200 Visa Gift Card, $75 to Keller’s Grill and 2 buffets. Passes are valid through March 31, 2017. Total value roughly $437 in accordance with nightly room rate.

2. To participate on-air:

• Nash FM 97.3 will choose a number between 1 and 97 Monday Morning at 7:20am. Listeners will have the chance to play hi-low weekdays during the 8am 11am and 4pm hours. The correct caller will guess a number and Nash FM will redirect the next guess to be either higher or lower until the numbers are eliminated and a listener guesses the correct number.

3. No Purchase Necessary.
4. Each listener may win only once. There can be more than one winner per household.
5. The contest is open to persons aged 18 and older within the terrestrial listening area of NASH FM 97.3. Employees of  Cumulus Media, competing broadcast media, and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
6. As a winner, you will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all taxes, including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.
7. Prize can be claimed at our office at 120 Eaton Street in Peoria, 61603, weekdays between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M..
8. As a winner, you acknowledge that WFYR and Cumulus Media have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
9. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited.
10. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable.  Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WFYR.  Another winner will not be selected.
11. WFYR reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. WFYR also reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates without notice.
12. The decision of WFYR management in the interpretation of these rules is final.
13. If the winner is found in violation of the rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
14. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless WFYR and Cumulus Media from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any contest-related activity, or participation in this contest.
15. WFYR and Cumulus Media are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in prize delivery.
