WHAT IS FRIGHT FEST?
Thrills by Day
The daylight hours offer not-so-scary Halloween fun with shows and attractions for everyone.
- The Dead Beats — Join this group of ghouls for some high energy drumming and musicianship using a variety of non-traditional instruments.
- Love At First Fright — This live musical has been a Fright Fest tradition for 22 years. Witchy has recruited Wolfie, Rif and the rest of the castle dwellers to help her in her scheme to find a new brain for her beloved Frankie.
- The Pumpkin Porch — It’s a Halloween Dance party, hosted by some of the Looney Tunes characters, dressed in their Halloween best.
- Macabre Mansion — Legend has it that on the eve of Halloween, just before midnight, a wicked witch cast a spell on this magnificent mansion transforming it into a macabre world. Visitors can enjoy story-telling throughout the day with kids 12 and under receiving a treat bag on Saturdays and Sundays only.
- Deadman’s Party — This dancing troupe of demented human puppets, with no strings to hold them back, perform to a variety of unique and dark music.
- Dreamz Comedy Hypnosis Show — Steve Daly, direct from Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, returns with more mesmerizing antics. While under the Hypnotist’s spell, volunteers will play in a rock ‘n roll band, ride a roller coaster and dance with a Voodoo doll in front of a live audience.
- Cornelius’ Hay Maze Fun — A journey of spooky twists and turns just for the little ones is filled with a variety of scarecrows and Halloween décor.
Fright by Night
A night of fright begins with Freaks Unleashed, the ceremonial arrival of creatures aboard the park’s steam train at the St. Louis Train Station. Zombies, trolls, monsters, cannibals and more flood into the park sending guests scattering for refuge. But guests flee only to encounter haunted attractions, scare zones and unsettling shows throughout the park.
- Camp Killamore — New for 2015! The newest camp in town is accepting registrations for some unexpected openings. Seems a mysterious man has taken up residency nearby and is not a fan of campers. His idea of camp activities is a little less traditional and a lot more twisted.
- Wrecker’s Salvage — New for 2015! The friendly neighborhood junkyard buys and sells spare parts of all kinds. They are making a killing at this business because they are always willing to cut their customers a deal. Can’t pay cash? They will trade…in body parts.
- Blind Fury — An abandoned toy factory becomes more sinister and creepy with each passing year. Demented toys taunt guests winding through a matrix of mazes and disorienting hallways filled with moving doors, vibrating walls, blinding lights and unnerving special effects.
- Insanity Alley — This dark alley is a shortcut to terror. It may seem deserted, but unsettling sights and chilling characters will soon show themselves in this outdoor maze filled with chaos and fear. Surrounded by uncertainty, it is every man, or freak, for himself.
- Voided Vison — Completely engulfed in darkness, guests attempt to make their way through this maze where doorways lead to nowhere and hallways seem unending. Unfortunately, guests soon learn they are not alone in the darkness as distant screams and maddening music become their company.
- The Slaughter House — Park goers who escape the underground corn maze find themselves in the body storage room where they realize the nightmare is only beginning. Winding through these gruesome and disturbing rooms will become a game of survival.
- Freakout Circus — The Rotten Brothers will once again comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable with their death defying stunts. Step right up to this side show of hair-raising, spine-tingling feats including fire eating, sword swallowing, knife juggling and more.
- Scare Zones — Throughout the night guests encounter bands of unsavory characters who have claimed areas of the park as their own. Travelers should take great caution when passing through these scare zones including Vengeful Trolls, Gnawlin’s Hollow, Sinister Clowns, Zombieville, Minions of the Scare-O-Jack and The Seven Deadly Sins.
