2. Derrick Rose – Appearance Fee: $50,000…Tweet Fee: $15,000
3. Jay Cutler – Appearance Fee: $30,000
4. Jonathan Toews – Appearance Fee: $30,000…Instagram Fee: $10,000
5. Joakim Noah – Appearance Fee: $30,000…Instagram Fee: $10,000
