Disney Hid The Millennium Falcon, But Google Maps Found It

Arguably one of the biggest franchises of our time, Star Wars, is set to release the Last Jedi on December 15th. But is it the last Jedi because the Empire found the Millennium Falcon? Regardless of if they did, Disney tried to hide it pretty well with shipping containers, and they would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren’t for that meddling Google Maps!

Here is the location of Longcross Studios in the UK, where Star Wars was being filmed. See anything funny?

I mean, it’s kind of hard to see from that bird’s eye view… let me give you a hint…

Just across the street there… it looks like a funny cluster of buildings… let’s zoom in a little…

Yep. That’s the Millennium Falcon “hid” in all it’s glory across from the studios that Star Wars is filmed in… and let’s just say, the internet noticed.

Your plans have been foiled, Disney!!  Now who wants to go try to take it for a joy ride with me?
