Inclusion! That is Best Buddies mission in Central Illinois! And this Friday, you can join Best Buddies in Central Illinois and The Yard – Peoria for the Champion of the Year Gala to support inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities AND party with 10 Champions for inclusion!

These 10 Champions from around Central Illinois have been raising awareness and money to grow Best Buddies mission into new schools, job fields, and leadership opportunities in our communities. And this Friday at Warehouse on State Street, we will celebrate everyone’s hard work and accomplishments, PLUS crown our 2021 Central Illinois Champion, aka, the person who has helped raise the most money for inclusion.

There’s going to be delicious food catered by Cracked Pepper, beer and wine, a silent disco, and unique auction!

The Best Buddies auction has Maui Jim Sunglasses, Grand Bear Resort family getaway, microblading, car-detailing, indoor golf, home and yard care, a chance to ride in a late model stockcar in Fairbury, and more!!!
