The Riverplex Reset ended last week, and I am so sad! I wasn’t sure how well I’d do during this program, but I lost about 14 inches over my body and about 15lbs! I looked at some photos from when I first started this morning and was absolutely shocked!! I’ll get some before/after pictures up this week, but I think my waist and my legs have the most noticeable change. The legs makes a ton of sense, because to supplement my Reset workouts, I’ve also been training for a half marathon that’s THIS SATURDAY!! EEK!!
I’m so 100% in love with this program I did, my results were REAL and not just the result of a fad program, and I feel STRONGER as well as a little more shapley. My favorite part was that I kept trying on clothes that hadn’t fit me in a while out of my closet throughtout the course of the program and week by week was adding BACK items to my wardrobe! TODAY I’m wearing one of the smallest pairs of jeans in my closet (only one more pair to go), and I feel SO GREAT! Seriously, if you want a work out program that WORKS and is backed by real trainers and dietitians to really keep you motivated and accountable, the Riverplex programs are SO WORTH IT!! So I am clearly very enthusiastic about what I learned in the last 12 weeks, but I wanted to see if I was the only one! Margie was on Team Maroon and always inspired me by pushing herself to her limits, and last Thursday, which was our last Maroon workout, she walked up to me with a HUGE smile on her face and said “I hit my program goal weight today!” Check out my interview with her below!
