The Golden Globes were on last night, one of the more prestigious award shows in television and film. In a room filled with actors who are drinking throughout the show, of course it’s going to get interesting… and political this year.
What I noticed the most is I must watch literally all the wrong things. I haven’t seen a single show or movie that WON a Golden Globe.

and of course, Meryl Streep accepted the Cecil B. DeMille award for Acting- the Golden Globe’s version of a lifetime achievement award, and stirred a little political trouble with her acceptance speech.
Really, her speech was about being kind to everyone, but she did use political examples from the past year to make that point, which caused the president-elect to head to twitter yet again.

"groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad. Just more very dishonest media!
