Here is another Pet of the Week from NASH FM 97.3 and Peoria Humane Society! Scrappy is a funny little Chihuahua with a neurological problem that causes him to keep his head tilted to the side. At 8 years he doesn’t let his disability get him down. He has plenty of spunk left in him and loves to jump and play.
