I met Shawna and Lucy while doing Radiothon at my last radio station, and I just wanted to share a story she posted on Facebook. Lucy was 5 years cancer-free in February, but still just went to Memphis this week for a check up and for research on what happens to little humans’ bodies that have undergone chemo at an early age. I watched Facebook like a hawk for results, and they came back. Lucy’s numbers were awesome. But more than that, I loved this post that Shawna put on her Facebook about one of Lucy’s doctors.
