I, personally, don’t watch the Bachelorette aside from the half-episodes I would make fun of while my roommate was watching them (very seriously) several years ago. It’s hard to keep the show out of the news, though, when Packer’s Quarterback, Aaron Rogers’ brother is one of the contestants. And naturally, talking about family is bound to come up when you’re on the date level before meeting-the-family.

Is it just me, or does it seem like JoJo (the bachelorette) is trying to subtly hint around at meeting the famous quarterback in this clip? Regardless of her less-than-subtle motivations, if there wasn’t actually a riff between Jordan and Aaron, there’s bound to be one now.

Around 1:45 in the clip, you hear JoJo ask who she’s going to meet the following week, and the conversation gets around to Aaron. Jordan says “Me and Aaron don’t have much of a relationship. It’s just kind of the way he’s chosen to do life and I chose to stay close to my family, my parents and my brother (Luke). It’s not ideal and I love him. I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in his shoes and have the pressure he has and the demands from people he has.”

Oh Snap.

As we know from our friend-of-the-show Josh Seiter, who competed on the Bachelorette last year, reality is… um… a little less than real. Regardless, he’s going to definitely have to make this one up to Aaron, and all those cheese-head fans!
