Everyone knows the story of the Titanic, whether you are a history buff, love the James Cameron movie, or just haven’t been under a rock for the last 104 years. A group called “Titanic: Honor and Glory” put together a real-time animation of everything happening from the Titanic striking the iceberg to the moment the whole thing was underwater. It’s really eerie.
Now the whole video is about 2 hours and 40 minutes long, so I just watched the last 10 or so minutes, but think about it. While this is long for a video, it took the Titanic less than the MOVIE Titanic to sink after hitting the iceberg, over half an hour less time to be specific. Imagine that in less than three hours of time, your only solace from probable death was removed from under you? That’s almost no time at all.
So happy 104 years and 8 days?
