I can understand both sides of this. I’ve worked retail where people duck under a gate we’re closing at a mall location and start shopping because we’re “not closed yet” and that is one of the most obnoxious things ever. However, I would just reluctantly let them shop because that’s customer service.
On the other side, the guy that ordered the pizza is a nurse, and “closing times” aren’t a thing. What, are they going to tell patients “sorry, I can’t save your life because my shift is over.” and walk away?
It says “We would appreciate it VERY much if you didn’t wait until 5 minutes before we close” with a cheery “Thanks!” at the top.
What are your thoughts on the matter? Rude, or reasonable?
