Was your New Year’s resolution to lose weight? If it was here are some ways to do it while still embracing some of your ‘BAD’ habits.
- Drink wine. There is an antioxidant in wine that boosts your metabolism and slows down the growth of fat cells. And white wine is better than red.
- Eat chocolate. Especially dark chocolate. Researchers have found that people who eat chocolate tend to be thinner.
- Use butter, not margarine. Studies have found that butter is better if you’re trying to lose weight, because of the fatty acids in it. And also because margarine has trans fat.
- Sleep in. When you don’t get enough sleep, you’re more likely to binge eat.
