Remember the famous “coffee is too hot” lawsuit? Well, it may have been topped!

There’s a restaurant in Sikeston, Missouri called Lambert’s Café that’s famous for being the, “Home of Throwed Rolls.” Instead of your waitress or waiter giving you a basket of dinner rolls, they throw them to you across the restaurant.

I’ve been to Lambert’s and as gimmicky as it may sound, it’s very entertaining. But, of course this is modern day America and we are WAY too litigious to play nice and have nice things.

A woman named Troy Tucker was eating at Lambert’s and got hit in the face by one of the flying dinner rolls. If you can picture it in your mind, it was probably funny when it happened. But Ms. Tucker isn’t laughing.

She alleges it lacerated her cornea, which damaged her vision….AND she also suffered head and neck injuries. She is suing Lambert’s for at least $25,000.

Seriously…..we are talking about BREAD! I would love to be on that jury.
