Yep. If you commit a minor violation like public intoxication, trespassing or get caught selling counterfeit tickets, your crime can be forgiven by donating $100 to the Clothe-a-Child fund according to the Indy Star.

It doesn’t mean you should press your luck. But if you happen to have a few too many, you won’t have to spend the night in jail.

Ken Falk, legal director of the ACLU, told the Indy Star that he questions the fairness of the policy for those who aren’t so well-off.

Looks like the new “get out of jail” card has a picture of Ben Franklin on it.
